Lynxstead Financial, a small-business funding broker in Toms River, NJ, takes funding requests through a short form asking for your name, email, phone number and business name, with a consent checkbox. We then call to discuss the purpose and options. Lending partners, not Lynxstead, review requests, make credit decisions and set rates and terms.
What the form asks for
First name, last name, email, phone number and business name, plus a consent checkbox. That is all. We ask about the purpose of the funding, the business and its revenue when we call, so you can think about those before we speak.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers or bank statements by email or text. If a lending partner needs documents later, it will explain how to send them securely.
After you press submit
- We call you. Lynxstead Financial contacts you by phone or email using the details you entered and asks what the money is for.
- We suggest a structure. We explain which of the six structures fits and what partners usually review.
- A partner reviews. With your agreement, the request goes to a lending partner that offers that structure. The partner decides and sets any terms.
- You decide. If an offer arrives, read the full contract. Declining is always an option.
Consent and your information
Take a moment with the consent wording on the form before you press submit. The Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and SMS Terms explain how information is used and how to opt out of texts. The disclosures describe the broker relationship.
