Who runs the request form
The form on this site is embedded from LeadConnector, part of the GoHighLevel platform, which receives and stores your entries on our behalf. It uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated spam. LeadConnector and Cloudflare each follow their own terms and privacy policies.
How we use information
- to handle your request and talk through which structure fits;
- to send the request on to lending partners for underwriting;
- to reach you by phone, email or text as permitted by your consent and the SMS terms;
- to keep the website working, safe and improving;
- to meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
Who receives information
Lending partners
To progress a request we pass its details to partners that offer the structure in question. A partner uses those details for its own review, may get in touch with you itself, and applies its own privacy policy.
Service providers
Vendors behind our form, hosting, phone and text messaging may handle information on our behalf.
Legal reasons
We may release information where a law, subpoena or court order demands it, or to protect safety or our legal rights.
Change of ownership
Should Lynxstead Financial be sold, merged or reorganized, information may pass to the new owner with the business.
